For those folks who were asking about the specs on my Cougar model boots - they were ordered from Bakershoe, with the following options: red dog rough out, all antique eyelets, plain toe, single celastic toe, single leather mid sole, Christy sole, rolled top, pull tab, unlined.
The boots in the top right of my “workboot rotation” post are similar to these, but with a lace-to-toe option, instead of a plain toe. Hope this helps in your choices!
